  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the Shopify / AusPost tracking system.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team info@partybeeofficial.com 
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be made to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
